Mainly experts believe that such character exist due to its unique geographical location and virginity of soil. MAJOR GRADES KTE produce mainly black and green tea. But it can produce exclusive SILVER TIPS, OOLONG and WHITE TEA as well as S FTGFOP , F TGFOP , TGBOP , GOF. All grades are packed in Wooden Chest Boxes, foil laminated sacks according to the demand of customer Our product is also available in Gift packages, in natural handmade paper, reusable fancy purse and wooden box.
Tea Bags (Green, Black and flavor) branded as Nepal Organic Tea are also available. KTE also produces flavored Tea (Lemongrass,Ginger,Cardamom and cinnamon (Tejpat) grown in its own garden area. In addition to delicious flavor, such products have tremendous health benefits. KTE is developing a herbal drink with Himalayan herbs used by Ayurvedician and Tibetan Lama for centuries HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) plant and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) is being introduced in the factory and packaging facilities in Kathmandu Office for Quality control and food safety measures. The company has been strictly following Sanitary and Phytosanitary (SPS) rules under WTO.

KTE has targeted to produce around 35 tons of Black and Green tea and expects a gradual increase in production of 25% every year. KTE exports 95% of its produce to Europe and Japan directly. It also produces tea bags branded as NEPAL ORGANIC TEA BAG which are exported and supplied locally to the renowned hotels and resorts in Nepal.
