KTE is providing direct employment for 200 people including 100 women. In addition, 60 people mostly women are seasonally employed for a period of 7-8 months every year. The activities of KTE have also created many indirect jobs for people living in this rural area giving them a chance to earn an honest living without losing their self respect and dignity.
